New Senior Leadership Roles


This role is responsible for the oversight and development of programs and processes which effectively deliver the curriculum and promote continuous improvement in student engagement and learning. A visionary approach to teaching and learning through a culture of coaching as well as the ability to lead and develop staff across a large and complex organisation will be required.



The responsibilities of this pivotal role include the development and implementation of contemporary policies and procedures for employee attraction, recruitment, induction, retention, professional development, succession planning and other human resources activities. Providing advice and coaching to management and staff on human resources issues along with developing and implementing a staff wellbeing program will also be important aspects of the role.

Applications are encouraged from appropriately qualified and experienced individuals with excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, coaching, strategic planning and change management skills complemented by warmth, integrity and authenticity. A genuine motivation to embrace the Christian ethos of the College will be vital as will the energy and passion necessary to engage with, champion and inspire this College community with a bright future.
