  • Student Absence can be notified to the school via text message (SMS only):

  • If your child needs to be picked up early or is going home with someone different, please email or speak to your child’s teacher.

    If you are taking your child out of school for a family holiday, you will need to email the College Principal with details at least one month in advance.

  • Schoolbox is the main channel of communication for the College, including latest news/information, reports, timetable, pastoral care and more. The Schoolbox portal can be found on our website header and footer.

  • When Academic Conferences are happening (usually in Term 1 & 3), you will receive a link to book your session time with the teacher, along with your unique pin to login with.

  • Eventually there will be a canteen onsite at Mambourin. However, to start with, in 2025 online orders can be made through ‘Flexischool’ which can also be found on Schoolbox under the Canteen group. This is an online ordering system used at both campuses. Food will be prepared by staff at the Tarneit Campus and safely transported and distributed at the Mambourin Campus.
